Pets at Home is seeking an experienced Technical Claims Lead to shape the future of pet insurance claims. This remote, UK-based role combines veterinary expertise with technical claims assessment, quality assurance, and the drive to automate and innovate within our growing insurance proposition.
You will lead complex claim decisions, mentor the team, and partner across Underwriting, Product and Engineering to deliver faster, fairer outcomes for pet owners.
