Head of Corporate Claims

We're working with a leading UK insurance broking business looking to appoint a Head of Corporate Claims to lead and develop its Corporate Claims proposition.

This is a senior leadership opportunity that goes beyond traditional claims management. The business is looking for someone who can combine technical claims expertise with commercial awareness, customer advocacy and strategic leadership.

You'll take ownership of the Corporate Claims strategy, leading a team of specialists while acting as a senior advocate on complex, high-value and contentious claims.

Working closely with Corporate Broking, Placement and Risk Management teams, you'll ensure claims expertise plays a central role in customer retention, renewal strategies and new business opportunities.

Broker-side experience would be advantageous, although senior professionals from insurers will also be considered.

This is an opportunity to shape a strategically important function within a major UK broking business, with genuine influence over its direction, people and customer proposition.

• Significant experience of complex corporate and commercial claims, including major losses.
• Strong insurer relationships and a proven track record in customer advocacy.
• Experience leading teams and developing claims capabilities or propositions.
• The credibility to engage with senior corporate customers and influence market stakeholders.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to connect claims outcomes to customer relationships and business growth.
