Position: Solicitor - Actions Against the Police
A well-established Hull-based law firm are looking for a Solicitor to join their Actions Against the Police department.

This role offers hybrid working and a bonus scheme . Youll handle claims where clients rights have been allegedly breached by the police or public authorities, working on varied, high-quality cases in a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise and represent clients in claims against the police and public bodies Investigate incidents, draft letters of claim, and manage cases through court if needed Negotiate settlements and liaise with experts Provide excellent client care throughout

Skills & Experience:

Qualified solicitor with civil litigation, human rights, AAPA, civil liberties or human rights experience Strong advocacy, drafting, and client-facing skills Able to manage your own caseload independently Whats on
