An established and highly regarded firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEX (1-3 years PQE) to join its specialist Pub Team. For decades, the team has advised some of the largest pub companies and licensed operators in the sector, building a strong reputation in this niche area.

You will work closely with three Partners, alongside a solicitor, trainee solicitor and paralegal, handling a broad range of commercial property matters within the pub and leisure industry. While sector experience is not essential, a solid foundation in general commercial property is required.

The firm is seeking:

• 1-3 years PQE in commercial property

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly under pressure

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A collaborative, proactive approach to problem solving
