Position: Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE   - £50-70k - Flexible / Hybrid Working

The Role You will manage your own corporate caseload while collaborating with colleagues in commercial property and litigation, providing clients with seamless advice across corporate transactions and related matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on corporate transactions and commercial matters
• Working alongside colleagues on cross-referred property and litigation matters
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contacts
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the corporate team

About You The ideal candidate will:

• Have several years' experience in corporate law
• Be confident managing your own caseload independently
• Have excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills
• Be proactive and collaborative, with a willingness to work across teams
• Be motivated to contribute to a professional and supportive team culture
