Weightmans is seeking a Solicitor to join its Market Leading Local Government team, based in either Birmingham or Leicester. The ideal candidate will handle a caseload predominantly involving public liability claims, with experience in fast track claims or multi-track claims considered a plus.
You will be responsible for the everyday management of your cases, engaging with clients, courts, and witnesses, and will play an essential role in supporting business development activities. Good communication and drafting skills along with a proactive attitude are essential.
