Gerrard White Consulting is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate (1–6 PQE) to join our central Hertfordshire team. You will work on landlord and tenant matters, development work, and the sale/purchase of owner-occupied and investment property, with involvement in secured lending transactions.
The ideal candidate will be technically strong, enjoy client relationship building, and support the development of junior colleagues while contributing to business development efforts.
