The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor looking to further their career within a well-established and growing disputes team. You'll manage your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues on a variety of property litigation matters, including:
Commercial landlord and tenant disputes Lease renewals and lease interpretation Dilapidations claims Possession proceedings Easements, rights of way and boundary disputes Restrictive covenant disputes Trespass and nuisance claims Residential landlord and tenant matters Property-related contract disputes Development and real estate litigation You'll advise a broad range of clients, including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, investors, businesses and private individuals, handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution.

About You You'll be: A qualified Solicitor with 4 years' PQE in Property Litigation Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision A strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills Commercially minded with an interest in networking and business development Looking to join a collaborative and supportive team where your career can continue to develop Applications from candidates with more experience are also encouraged.
