Brighton, East Sussex Permanent Property  Litigation Solicitor | 6+ PQE | Sussex/Hybrid

You’ll handle a varied and high-quality property litigation caseload, with the autonomy to run matters independently while supporting the wider team’s growth. Expect a broad mix including:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Leasehold and service charge issues
• Possession and forfeiture matters
• Property-related contractual disputes
• Advisory and strategic input for commercial and residential clients

There
is also scope to incorporate leasehold work if that aligns with your experience.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being trusted to get on with it, while still having a strong team around them.

• 6+ PQE Property Litigation Solicitor
• Comfortable running your own caseload and advising clients directly
• Strong drafting, negotiation and strategic thinking skills
• Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused
• Keen to play a visible role in a growing team
