Join Elevate Legal Talent as a Junior Construction Lawyer
Work on high-value projects for major utilities, leading contractors, and top-tier clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor looking to broaden their experience across contentious and non-contentious construction matters
, working with contracts such as JCT, NEC, and FIDIC
, while learning from experienced Partners.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
- Support clients throughout project life cycles
- Assist with disputes and claims where needed
- Contribute to client relationship management
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE (ideally 5+ years)
- Demonstrable experience in construction law (contentious and non-contentious)
- Strong technical drafting and advisory skills
- Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and Partners
- Experience with in a recognised construction practice
- Interest in helping shape and grow a developing team
- Able to operate with a degree of autonomy
