A leading, Global Reinsurer is searching for an Assistant General Counsel. My client are a highly successful Reinsurer, operating in multiple global jurisdictions. This role will sit in their high quality Group legal function, supporting local entities and the wider group structure. They offer a highly flexible working model and strong progression opportunities.
You will be responsible for:
- Corporate Governance
- Group wide projects
- Management of a team of Lawyers
Your experience:
- 8 years+ PQE
- Extensive experience in the (re)
Insurance market - Corporate Law background - Ideally trained in a Corporate practice of a Law firm
- Experience working in-house in the (re)
Insurance market
