Working closely with teams including Finance, Procurement, Planning, Programmes and Operations, you will act as the key link between the SIOP team and stakeholder groups across our Staverton site. You will help embed SIOP as a core business process, build confidence in the data and support the continued development and maturity of the SIOP cycle.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Collect, validate and analyse data to support each stage of the SIOP cycle.
* Build datasets, reports and analysis covering supply and demand, inventory, inventory turns, operational capacity and other key supply chain measures.

* Help embed the SIOP process and increase its maturity across the organisation.
* Work with colleagues across the UK and globally to promote a consistent approach to SIOP data, reporting and performance measures.
* Maintain the quality, accuracy and integrity of SIOP data and reporting.
* Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data models, processes and stakeholder engagement.
* Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role as required to support business needs.
** About You
** At Ontic, our culture is integral to making sure we enjoy our work and deliver for our customers. While we look for the right skillset, we’re also looking for someone who will thrive within our culture of recognition and empowerment.
You will be an analytical and commercially aware supply chain professional who can turn data into meaningful insight. You will be comfortable working with complex datasets, challenging assumptions and presenting findings in a structured and engaging way.
You will also be an effective relationship builder, able to work across functional boundaries and bring stakeholders together around a shared planning process. Experience supporting or developing SIOP within a complex operational environment will be central to your success.
** Knowledge, Skills & Experience
*** Professional experience, in business, finance, operations, supply chain or a related discipline.
