As a Site Supply Chain Manager in Hull, you'll oversee the procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth production and delivery processes. This role is vital in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, keeping everything running efficiently to meet business needs. This position will work closely with a newly promoted Operations Director to drive site efficiencies, introduce best practise and lead a develop a team with high-potential.

Description

The role of Supply Chain Chain Manager will be responsible for:

Lead and manage site supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, and logistics.
Ensure optimal inventory levels to support production and customer demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Analyse supply chain data to inform strategic decisions.
Provide leadership and development opportunities for the supply chain team.

Profile

A successful Site Supply Chain Manager should have:

Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
A strong understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Offer

Salary between £60,000 and £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
