Baltic Recruitment is recruiting a Die Maintenance Technician for a Tier 1 automotive supplier in the UK on a 1-year FTC. You will maintain press and injection mould tooling, diagnose failures and drive long-term improvements, collaborating with production, quality and engineering.
You will work across 3 shifts, mentor apprentices, and make autonomous decisions to maintain tooling performance. Salary £47,000–£53,000, plus pension, holidays, and on-site canteen.
