Location: Kingston upon Hull
Places for People is recruiting a Maintenance Controller for a portfolio of properties at Bath, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role is on-site with hybrid working after an initial training period, 3 days is a fixed-term contract until March 2027, with duties including maintenance triage and contractor liaison.
A Basic DBS check is mandatory, and training will be provided. The team values customer service and stakeholder collaboration across multiple partners.
