Stakeholder & Client LiaisonServe as a primary point of contact, managing relationships with internal teams (like site managers, IT) and external clients/partners, providing guidance and updates.
Project & Change ManagementLead or support projects, innovations, and initiatives, ensuring successful integration into daily operations.
Team LeadershipRecruit, train, motivate, and potentially deputize for operational leads, ensuring staff are equipped and performing effectively.
Resource & Equipment ManagementOversee the procurement, maintenance, and management of necessary systems, equipment, and facilities.
Compliance & RiskEnsure adherence to health & safety, data protection (GDPR/DPA), safeguarding, and other statutory requirements.
