Maintenance Manager

Your new company Maintenance Manager job in Dungannon. Working with a highly innovative and market-leading renewable energy company. They have multiple sites across the UK producing electricity, gas and natural fertiliser from waste. You will have an integral role in leading processes, the team and future exciting site development. Your new role Leading the maintenance team at this large anaerobic digestion site.

You will have oversight of all maintenance activities, KPI's and achievements for this site.

Duties include:

-Deliver site safety
-Ensure site SOPs are understood and adhered to
-Manage the maintenance team
-Drive PPM usage across the site
-Mould have a preventative maintenance mindset and CMS to compliment the team.

-Project planning and delivery
-Contractors management on site
-CAPEX
-Procurement What you'll need to succeed Engineering qualification and experience at a similar level are minimum requirements for selection. In interview the company are looking for people management and development skills, sound commercial decision making examples and ability to pivot and mufti task in an ever changing work environment.
