The successful Commercial Director will;
- Lead the commercial function, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Define and execute a bold commercial strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with councils, energy providers, and installers.
- Drive innovation in pricing and funding models to maximize customer uptake.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in Operations and Finance to ensure seamless delivery, accurate forecasting, and commercial alignment.
- Oversee commercial operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all processes.
- Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and growth.
