Asda Stores Ltd. is seeking a Customer Manager to be the frontline ambassador for delivering outstanding service from the car park to the checkout. You will lead the service, back office, security and cleaning teams to delight customers and uphold our standards across the store.
You will act on feedback, run customer listening groups and partner with external teams to ensure standards are met. This role emphasises coaching, resilience and ownership to bring the “Asdaness” to work daily.
