RSPCA Oxfordshire is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Didcot shop to support the Shop Manager in running a busy, friendly environment. You will lead a small team of staff and volunteers, develop leadership skills, maximise revenue and support animal welfare.
The role is around 21 hours per week at minimum wage, with a closing date of 24 July 2026. The shop is self-funded and supports local animal welfare projects, including giftware and pet accessories.
