Location: Kingston upon Hull
The People Co. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-volume central kitchen in North West London. You’ll oversee production, dispatch, compliance, and a multi-shift team, delivering quality, efficiency, and strong financial performance.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will drive continuous improvement, manage P&L, maintain SALSA/BRC standards, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail teams to support growth.
