Cranleigh Personnel is assisting an established Wealth Planning firm to appoint a Client Services Team Leader. The role is based from Corsham with hybrid working (1 day per week from home) and occasional travel between offices to support the client journey.
You will lead and mentor the administration team, oversee workflow, ensure accurate, compliant processing for advisers and clients, and collaborate with the Operations Director to drive continuous improvements.
