Gonini (previously known as Bezos.ai) seeks a Head of Operations to architect and scale the operational engine for a fast-growing logistics and e‑commerce fulfilment business. You’ll own a 4‑person team, expanding to 6–7, and partner with the CEO and board to drive efficient, profitable scale.
You will lead from the front, building automations in Claude, working in warehouses, handling CS tickets, and shaping the playbook for repeatable, measurable improvement.
