Contract Manager

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead Planned, Voids and M&E programmes of work for a large social housing client based in Hull. Ensuring contract performance, safety, quality and profitability targets are met.

You’ll manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring that works are completed on time, to specification, and to the Companies high standards. The role combines operational delivery, client management and people leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
