1st Step Solutions is supporting a well established Tier 1 M&E contractor on an education project on the Isle of Wight. The Building Services Manager will lead and coordinate building services for an employer’s project with values up to 20 million.
The role requires a proven track record in building services management, with strong IT skills and knowledge of regulations, health and safety, and the ability to work with sub-contractors and design teams.
