Norfolk and Waveney Mind in East Norfolk is seeking an IPS Team Leader to guide Employment Specialists in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based employment support. You will coach, supervise and develop the team while maintaining a small caseload for complex cases.
The role requires a full UK driving licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle. Hours are 37.5 per week (Mon–Fri 9:00–5:00) with a salary of £35,444 per annum, and travel to other sites as needed.
