Audit Manager

As Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, managing a small team of auditors, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning to completion
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit team
• Liaise directly with clients to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Review audit files and ensure compliance with current auditing standards
• Support senior management with business development and client onboarding

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical audit knowledge, ideally with UK GAAP and IFRS exposure
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
