Head of Partnerships and Engagement

HEY Smile Foundation is looking for an ambitious relationship-builder to join its team as Head of Partnerships and Engagement.

The new role will help Smile strengthen connections with businesses, funders, supporters, public services, charities and community organisations across Hull, East Yorkshire and the wider Humber region.

Smile has always been built on relationships. Its work brings people together around a shared ambition to create stronger communities, unlock opportunities and make a positive difference to people’s lives.

As the organisation continues to grow, it is seeking someone who can help build on those foundations – developing new partnerships, diversifying income, raising Smile’s profile and creating more opportunities for local communities.

The Head of Partnerships and Engagement will work closely with Smile’s Chief Executive and leadership team, taking a central role in shaping how the organisation develops and manages its most important relationships.

The successful candidate will oversee fundraising and engagement activity, support the development of Smile’s events programme and help ensure that partners and supporters feel connected to the impact of their involvement.
