Counterbalance FLT Driver - Night Shift

Monday-Thursday, 5:30pm - 3:45am

Are you an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver looking for a stable night‑shift role within a busy, well‑established manufacturing environment? Our client in East Hull is expanding their night team and is seeking a reliable, safety‑focused FLT operator to support production flow and materials handling across the site.
This is a great opportunity to join a thriving business where every shift is varied and fast-moving, and where your skills will play a key role in keeping manufacturing running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to load and unload materials
Moving raw materials, components, and finished goods around the manufacturing site
Supporting production teams with general labouring duties
Ensuring materials are correctly staged to meet the manufacturing plan
Maintaining clear, tidy, and safe work areas (general housekeeping)
Working as part of a night-shift team to meet production targets and deadlines
What We're Looking For
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-house or RTITB/ITSSAR accredited)
Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
A good awareness of health & safety and safe working practices
A positive attitude and willingness to support wider production tasks
