Caravan Labourer - Night Shift (HU7)

£13.71 per hour | Monday-Thursday | 5:30pm-3:45am

We're currently recruiting for a Night‑Shift Caravan Labourer to join a busy and well‑established manufacturing team based in the HU7 area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on, physical work and has previous labouring experience. You'll be working in a fast‑paced production environment supporting the construction of high‑quality caravans.

Shift & Pay

Monday - Thursday: 5:30pm - 3:45am
Pay: £13.71 per hour

* Long weekend every week - Friday off

Key Responsibilities

As a Night‑Shift Caravan Labourer, you will be responsible for:

Assisting with the construction and assembly of caravan components
Manually handling panels, fixtures, and materials
Using hand and power tools to support fitting and installation tasks
Supporting skilled trades such as joiners, plumbers, and electricians
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the production area
Following instructions from team leaders and working efficiently to deadlines
Carrying out basic quality checks to maintain high manufacturing standards

Requirements

Previous labouring experience - essential

Experience with in the caravan or modular‑build industry - desirable
Ability to work night shifts
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn new tasks
