About the Role

We are currently recruiting for experienced Paint Sprayers to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience using both 2-pack and 3-pack paint systems within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and spraying products to a high-quality finish while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare surfaces and materials for painting

* Apply finishes using 2-pack and 3-pack paint systems

* Ensure high-quality standards and attention to detail

* Maintain spray equipment and work areas

* Follow health and safety procedures at all times

* Work to production deadlines and quality targets

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer

* Essential experience with both 2-pack and 3-pack paints

* Strong attention to detail and quality

* Ability to work independently and within a team

* Reliable and proactive approach to work
