Production Coordinator – Final Checks / Goods In & Despatch

Pay Rate:£15.19 per hour
Working HoursMonday to Thursday:7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday:7:00am – 11:15am
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Holiday Homes division of our valued client, a leading manufacturer within the leisure and holiday home industry based in Cottingham, HU16.
We are looking for a hands‑on, organised and proactive Production Coordinator
to support the smooth movement of holiday homes through the final stages of production.
This is a varied, fast‑paced role that combines
final quality checks, production administration, goods in and despatch coordination
. You will play a key role in ensuring holiday homes are prepared, checked and documented accurately before leaving site.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working across production and administration, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out
final checks on completed holiday homes
to ensure standards are met before despatch - Logging findings, updates and production information accurately onto internal systems and databases
- Reading and working from
OSI documentation/instructions
to ensure accuracy and compliance - Coordinating
goods in and despatch activities
within a busy manufacturing environment - Booking vans and deliveries in and out of site efficiently
- Supporting the
loading and unloading of vans
when required - Liaising with production, warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Completing paperwork and production records accurately and on time
- Supporting problem‑solving and identifying issues during final inspection stages
- Helping maintain an organised, safe and efficient working environment
- Previous experience within
manufacturing, production, logistics, QA, despatch, goods in/out or warehouse environments - Strong administrative skills with confidence using
computer systems and databases - Experience logging information accurately and maintaining records
- Ability to read and follow
technical instructions, specifications or OSIs - A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality standards
- Comfortable working in a
fast‑paced manufacturing environment - A hands‑on approach with willingness to support loading/unloading activities when required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Competitive pay rate of£15.19 per hour
- Early finish every Friday
