Apprentice Manufacturing Technician

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Engineering qualification. Our Manufacturing Technicians ensure that our manufacturing machinery is operational and efficient. On completion of your apprenticeship it is highly likely you will be offered a shift based role.

Location:

Hull, HU8 7DS

• Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor production processes and report faults or inefficiencies.
• Carry out basic mechanical and/or electrical maintenance tasks.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Work collaboratively with other engineering teams.
• Complete coursework and submit evidence prior to deadlines.

• Level 4 to 9, or equivalent, in Maths, English and a Science or Technical Subject
• Aptitude for working with machinery
• Interest in building a career in Engineering
• Strong problem solving skills
