Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
As a Planning & Production Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating production activities and maintaining accurate records. You’ll work closely with procurement, transport, and production teams to optimise efficiency and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:- Planning and managing production schedules to meet customer needs
- Monitoring raw material availability and liaising with procurement and transport teams
- Operating and overseeing weighbridge activities
- Maintaining accurate records in D365/BMS and compliance systems
- Supporting health and safety processes and reporting incidents promptly
- Ensuring feed production meets quality standards and hygiene requirements
- Assisting with stock takes and promoting good stock rotation
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting wellbeing initiatives
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations within a manufacturing or agricultural environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good IT proficiency, including ERP systems (e.g., D365)
- Understanding of health and safety and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
