We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused professional to join a growing production team, working on high-quality caravans and motorhomes that are enjoyed across the UK and beyond.

• Preparing surfaces to the highest standard, including sanding, cleaning, and masking
• Mixing and applying 2-pack paints using professional spray equipment
• Producing high-quality, durable finishes on caravans and motorhomes
• Carrying out quality inspections and rectifying any paint imperfections
• Maintaining spray booths, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Working closely with production teams to meet build schedules and quality targets
• Following health & safety procedures and promoting a safe working environment

• Proven experience in 2-pack spray painting within automotive, industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional work
• Knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, application, and curing techniques
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated with a positive attitude
• A passion for quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement
