OA in the United Kingdom is seeking a Powder Coater Supervisor to lead the paint line team within the production department. You will act as the primary contact between the paint line and production management, setting goals and driving performance.
You will mentor 4–5 operatives, organise tasks, and ensure adherence to safety standards while delivering continuous improvement in coating processes. This is a permanent role with overtime opportunities and clear progression paths.
