National Composites Centre is seeking a hands-on Technician to support operations at our Isle of Wight facility. You will assist engineers, operate manufacturing equipment, and help uphold quality, safety and housekeeping standards. This is a founding-member role with potential to grow into leadership as the centre expands.
The ideal candidate has composites manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation, with flexibility to work shifts on-site.
