The role offers a starting salary of circa £38,000 per annum plus a £4,000 shift allowance, overtime, and a discretionary annual bonus, with a highly attractive pension scheme. You will report to the Operations Manager and perform daily operational activities, monitor safety procedures, and assist maintenance to minimise downtime.
