Megger is seeking a Production Team Leader for its Surface Mount Technology (SMT) team in the UK. You will oversee the SMT department, lead and develop production operators to ensure high-quality PCB assemblies are manufactured safely, efficiently and on time.
You will manage day-to-day operations, support SMT machine setup and changeovers, and drive continuous improvement, Lean and 6S initiatives while coordinating with Engineering and Quality teams.
