Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience within a busy manufacturing environment. Previous machine operative, manufacturing, or woodwork experience would be highly advantageous , although full training will be provided for the right candidate. What We're Looking For Reliable & punctual - a strong work ethic and good attendance are essential. Detail-focused - able to work accurately and maintain high-quality standards.
Hands-on & practical - comfortable working with components, machinery and following instructions. Previous machine operative, manufacturing, CNC support, or woodwork experience preferred . Adaptable - able to work effectively in a busy production environment. A team player - positive, cooperative and supportive of colleagues.
Key Responsibilities Assemble components and products accurately according to set specifications. Support the CNC team with production-related tasks as required. Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Keep your workstation clean, organised and safe. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production and assembly process.
