Production Operatives
Location:
Hull
Pay: £14.36 per hour | £16.37 per hour on rotational shifts

Monday to Friday, possible rotating shifts
Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join an established manufacturing business in Hull, offering ongoing work within a busy production environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals looking for consistent weekday work in a busy production environment.
The Role
Working at the end of a production line, you will be responsible for handling, sealing and preparing manufactured panels for dispatch.
Your duties will include:
Lifting and positioning panels from the production line.
Placing panels onto specialist air-sealing equipment.
Wrapping completed panels.
Stacking and securing products onto pallets.
Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
Following production and health and safety instructions.
Please note:
This is a highly repetitive, hands-on position. You will be performing similar tasks throughout your shift, so we're looking for individuals who enjoy structured, routine work and can maintain a consistent pace.
What We're Looking For
Previous factory, production, assembly or packing experience is desirable but not essential.
A reliable and hardworking attitude.
Comfortable undertaking repetitive manual tasks.
Good timekeeping and attendance.
Willingness to work both early and afternoon shifts.
Availability to start immediately and commit to ongoing work.
Working Hours and Pay
Early shift: 06:00-14:00
Afternoon shift: 14:00-22:00
Basic: £14.36 per hour
Shift Premium: £16.37 per hour
Monday to Friday. Flexibility to rotate between shifts is essential.
