Location: Kingston upon Hull
GoHenry is seeking a CRM Manager to join our Product team and own lifecycle campaigns from inception to execution. You will partner with development, Marketing, Customer Support and Legal to drive activation, retention and engagement across email, push and SMS channels.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in lifecycle marketing or CRM, a deep understanding of metrics, and hands-on experience with Customer.io and segmentation.
