We're working with a fast-growing technology business operating within the fintech and digital assets space as they look to hire a Product Marketing Manager into their growing team.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of ownership, working closely across Product, Commercial and Growth to shape how technical products are positioned, launched and communicated to the market.

It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, wants visibility across the wider business and is comfortable taking complex products and turning them into clear, commercially compelling propositions.

You'll take ownership across key areas of product marketing, from positioning and messaging through to go-to-market planning, launches, enablement and market intelligence.

You'll work closely with Product and commercial stakeholders to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities and ensure new products and features are brought to market effectively.

• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features.

• Develop product positioning and messaging across different customer groups and use cases.

• Work closely with Product and Commercial teams on launches and wider GTM strategy.

• Translate technical products and concepts into clear, engaging customer propositions.

• Create sales enablement, customer-facing materials and launch content.

• Develop thought leadership, case studies and customer stories.

• Support campaigns around product launches, announcements and adoption.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.

• Own competitor, customer and market intelligence and feed insights back into GTM strategy.

• 4+ years' marketing experience with strong, hands-on Product Marketing experience.

• Background within B2B technology, SaaS, fintech or digital assets.

• Previous exposure to Web3, crypto or blockchain is important for this role.

• Strong experience with product launches and go-to-market initiatives.

• Excellent positioning, messaging and storytelling skills.

• Comfortable marketing technical or complex products.

• Commercially minded and able to work effectively across Product, Sales and other teams.

• Comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously.

• Experience with in a fast-moving or scaling technology business would be advantageous.
