Top three rated design and branding agency by Creative pool. They specialise in working with NFP, Higher Education and Public Sector clients, delivering cut‑through design and communication collateral that gets results fast. The team is bright, engaging and stable, working with wonderful clients.

You will play a key role in supporting the team to deliver great creative work: navigating internal stakeholders, writing clear briefs, providing a considered point of view when reviewing work, and sharing with clients. You will manage roughly 6 clients, develop 2 prospect accounts at a time, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.

This is not a typical marketing role; it’s a chance to help build a team, shape project processes and have a visible impact on the agency’s next chapter.

The role is based from the Vauxhall office, working hybrid 3 days per week, with a base pay of £35k‑£40k depending on experience.

• Support the team in delivering creative work, including stakeholder navigation and brief writing.
• Take ownership of client relationships, fostering trust and agency credibility.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring on‑time delivery and budget adherence.
• Provide insights and a point of view when reviewing creative work.

• Superb client handling and relationship building skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and clients at once.
• Background in marketing and a passion for design and aesthetics.
