Where ambitious people connect the dots and grow
At Confirm, we’re building what’s next in workforce enablement. We connect the dots between learning, engagement and performance, using intelligent technology, content and data to help organisations unlock the potential of their people.
We’re a growing, global team where people are trusted to make an impact, take ownership and grow. Our values are at the heart of how we work:
Do the right thing, We’ve got your back and Raise the bar. We care about doing work that matters, challenging ourselves to do it better and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
Confirm is a B Corp certified business and a Platinum Investors in People organisation. We’re also proud of the recognition our work has received across the industry, including multiple Gold wins at the Learning Technologies Awards.
If you’re looking for your next challenge, want the space to make your mark and like the idea of building something ambitious with good people around you, you’ve come to the right place.
About the roleWe’re looking for an exceptional writer and storyteller to help turn big ideas into content that gets Confirm noticed. Confirm is at an exciting point in its story. We’ve just launched a new brand, we’re building a new category around Workforce Enablement, and we have ambitious plans to become a much more visible, distinctive, and influential voice in the market. Now we need someone who can help us tell that story.
This is a senior, highly creative, hands‑on role spanning some of our biggest brand and content priorities – from flagship research and thought leadership to customer stories, executive content, search and AI‑optimised content, campaigns, events, social, PR, podcasts, video, and more. You’ll work closely with our Corporate Marketing team, subject‑matter experts, customers, and senior leaders to find the stories worth telling and turn complex ideas, expertise, research, and real customer experiences into content people want to read, share, and act on.
Your work will help build Confirm’s authority around Workforce Enablement and the wider world of work, strengthen our visibility across search and AI, give our senior leaders stronger voices, and turn customer success into credible stories that show the impact we’re making. We’re not looking for someone to simply take briefs and fill a content calendar. We want someone curious, creative, and commercially minded who sees possibilities everywhere – someone who can look at a piece of research, a customer conversation, a search opportunity, or an emerging market trend and immediately start thinking about the stories we could tell.
And because we’re an ambitious, fast‑moving business, you won’t just come up with the ideas – you’ll get to make them happen.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Turning Confirm’s ideas, expertise, research, and customer stories into content that gets noticed and drives action.
- Spending the majority of your time creating, while working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and senior leadership to uncover the stories and ideas worth telling.
- Turning research, data, expert insight, and strong briefs into compelling long‑form content – from flagship reports and industry guides to thought leadership, ebooks, and other high‑impact pieces.
- Working closely with subject‑matter experts and the wider marketing team to make sure our biggest content pieces are distinctive and harmonious.
- Building our visibility across traditional searches and emerging AI discovery.
- Working closely with our Senior Brand & Content Lead and SEO consultant to write and optimise articles, guides, category content, and other long‑form pieces…
