• Ideal Standard (Smart Premium):
  Expand smart premium market share by identifying new pure player potentials and innovative business models. Optimize sales volumes and CLTV through data-driven KAM, leveraging efficient processes and digital tools for broader reach.
• Cross-Brand Performance Marketing & Data Analysis:
  Concept, execute, and measure cooperative online marketing campaigns. Define and monitor KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, market share) across both brands, ensuring data-backed optimization for sustainable growth.
• Enhanced Content & CX Management:
  Oversee high-quality content creation (A+ Content, brand worlds) and UX/UI optimization for both V&B and IS. Analyze customer journeys to minimize friction, maximize brand conversion, and elevate satisfaction across all platforms.
• Strategic Process & Tool Integration:
  Evaluate and implement advanced e-commerce technologies, including AI optimization and web analytics. Collaborate extensively with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to embed e-commerce effectively into local strategies.

• Direct impact on market share and profitable growth across diverse brand segments.

• University Degree in Business Admin (Marketing/E-Commerce) or comparable academic qualification or track record in eCommerce business.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in e-commerce management, performance marketing, or data-driven Key Account Management.
• Proven expertise in managing key e-commerce accounts and strategic partnerships in B2B/B2C, including negotiation of commercial terms and marketing budgets.
• In-depth knowledge of online marketing channels (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Affiliate, Email) and their strategic integration.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data (Google Analytics 4, BI tools), derive precise recommendations, and communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Practical experience with web analytics and e-commerce optimization tools (e.g., Sistrix, Similarweb), with an agile project management mindset.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
