Surrey - Hybrid 3 days in office

Ignite is partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing D2C brands in the Health and Wellness space, who are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager. They are looking to unlock their next phase of growth taking the business from £10 to £20m. The brand is LOVED by celebrities and has a strong vision and mission.

In this role you will own and personally run the businesses' paid acquisition, you MUST have hands-on expertise across Meta and Google. Be prepared to be in the ad accounts every day, building and launching campaigns and managing budgets and bidding, testing creative and audiences and diagnosing performance.

• Strong, hands on experience in performance marketing across Meta and Google.
• Background in a fast-growth D2C / e-commerce business, in-house or agency side
• Understanding of higher AOV products and how to build funnels
• Driven, sociable, ambitious and fun to work with

• Basic salary of £50k - £60k
• 25 days' holiday + Christmas closure
• EMI scheme after one year service
• One week work from anywhere policy

• First Stage:
  Teams call with the hiring manager
• Second Stage:
  Face to face interview in the office to present a task
