A well-established professional membership organisation in the creative arts sector is recruiting a Membership Services Coordinator to guide member journeys from joining to renewal and ongoing engagement.
You will work closely with teams across membership, marketing and events, manage multi-channel inquiries, maintain CRM records, and help shape future strategy while representing the organisation at occasional events and supporting a thriving membership community.
