Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Sister/Charge Nurse/Principal ODP to lead the Recovery Team in our Main Theatres. You will motivate and coach staff to achieve agreed goals and deliver high quality peri-operative care across multiple surgical specialties.
You will oversee staffing, budget, and patient flow while coordinating with the Matron and senior team to maintain safe staffing and excellent patient experience.
