Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust seeks an expert adult congenital heart disease nurse specialist to deliver specialist nursing care in CHD, outpatient and inpatient settings. You will support transition care, work in MDT clinics and liaise with the network to improve patient pathways.
The role requires post-registration CHD experience, strong clinical leadership and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team. Evidence of CPD is expected.
